Barbells for Bullies and EVLV Fitness are thrilled to be partnering again in 2026. Our goal, as always, is As Many Rescues As Possible (AMRAP)!
Just like an AMRAP challenges you to give everything you've got before the clock runs out, we are aiming to give it our all before the end of 2026.
For us, that means working together for animals in need. Our community knows that every rep counts—and every dollar donated helps save lives.
We're excited to rally together once again, push harder than ever, and prove that when the we all shows up, no matter how heavy the lift, we can make a real impact.
We will have Partners (M/M & F/F) with RX, Intermediate, and Scaled Divisions.

Who we're Benefitting:
AARF is unique in that it will accept difficult to adopt cats and dogs. AARF often provides medical services and training to challenging animals unable to find other services.

AARF is an animal rescue in the greater Winston-Salem area that provides foster care, medical services, and adoption to homeless, abandoned, surrendered, and sick animals so they can have a new lease on life. They are a no-kill, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.
Through adoption, spay/neuter, high quality animal care professionals, community outreach and education, AARF helps to improve the health of our pet community that in turn improves the health of our entire community.
Barbells For Bullies fosters a fitter and "pittier" community. We're a 501c3 that donates all of our net proceeds to deserving rescues and organizations.

Scoring Policy: Scoring is based on a point system. The heaviest weight, fastest time, most reps etc will be given 1 pt, 2nd place will be given 2 pts, and so on. Lowest total score wins.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be given up to 45 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for injuries, sick teammates, locusts, floods, or zombies. We will issue refunds to all athletes if however, we cancel the event for unforeseen circumstances.

AMRAPS: As Many Rescues As Possible
We're on a mission, to help As Many Rescues As Possible. Whether it's by hosting an event to benefit a local rescue, funding a pup's needs via The Underdog Fund, we're driven to make a difference. We are all capable of making a positive impact in the world around us by simply practicing one more random act of kindness at a time. Together, our small simple acts of kindness compound and create a force for good. We're there to support and uplift those who follow that creed. Competitors that sign up before the posted date will receive a can't-buy-it-anywhere t-shirt (or tank for the ladies).
